This mean connecting, listening, and sharing with someone who is not going to try to “fix” you or your problems. Conversations on the warmline are mutual, explorative and conscious of power dynamics. Portland DBT Institute

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy  is an evidence-based psychotherapy that began with efforts to treat personality disorders and interpersonal conflicts.
